All sales are final. Refunds may be issued in store credit only.
By signing, Customer agrees to pay the sum of the Accidental Damage Waiver indicated above. The Company agrees to waive claims against customer resulting from Unintentional Damage. The ADW does NOT cover grass stains, burns, water damage, intentional, or carelessness related damages, theft, or loss of merchandise. Customer agrees they have received the above listed merchandise in good condition with the understanding that it is to be returned in the same condition on the first busines day after use. Failure to return on time will result in up to a $50 per day late fee. Should items not be returned, Customer agrees to pay for all replacement costs, and does hereby consent to entry of suit against them in event of default. Customer further agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs. Customer agrees to pay up to a 50% cancellation fee on this order. Customer card will be held on file for any fees accumulated.
By signing, Customer agrees to following terms and conditions set by company. A deposit of 50% or more must be paid before an order is started. All designs are final within 24 hours of final consultation and initial deposit. All orders will be given 6-8 weeks to process. Any order under 4 weeks will be charged an additional rush based on percentage of suit cost (4 weeks = 20%, 3 weeks = 30%, 2 weeks = 50%). Any significant changes to Customer weight or body structure that occurs during the production process, alterations or remake fees will be charged to Customer. Seven days after final fitting, all changes to the garment will be charged as alteration costs. Items will not be released until order is paid in full.
Ready To Wear
By signing, Customer agrees to following terms and conditions set by company. Alterations needed will be additional cost with exception of hem and waist. Lack of stock in size association will not be charged to Customer.
